Qinzhou City reforms & innovates to optimize investment environment for ports

Since the beginning of this year, Qinzhou City has taken practical and effective measures to comprehensively promote the construction of “Big Customs Clearance”, help to improve the efficiency of customs clearance, and further optimize the investment environment at Qinzhou’s ports.

Implement the integration policy measures of customs clearance for ports. Qinzhou City promoted the application of the “Single Window” system for international trade to reduce labor costs and transportation costs by 30%-50% for declaring companies.

Accelerate the construction of China-ASEAN Information Port Cooperation Network. Qinzhou City established the Chinese Secretariat of the China-ASEAN Information Port Cooperation Network and the staff of the Secretariat had been put in place and started their work. The Cooperation Network Working Conference in 2018 was held. At present, 31 domestic and foreign members such as the Port Authority of Thailand, Port of Singapore Authority and Port Kelang of Malaysia have joined the cooperation network.
